🌿 Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku)
Escape the hustle and recharge in nature
-
Group size: Max. 12 people
-
Duration: 3 hours
Discover Shinrin-yoku: a sensory journey through woodland and dunes centred on slowing down and restoring balance. Step away from daily demands, awaken your senses, and reconnect deeply with the natural world. Walking at a gentle pace, guided by relaxing nature meditation and mindful exercises, we take plenty of time for whatever catches our eye along the way. We wrap up the session with a cosy tea ceremony.
🍃 Silent Walks
A restful pause in a world that is always 'on'
-
Group size: Max. 12 people
-
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours
In a fast-paced world that never stops, a silent walk offers a refreshing way to unwind. No podcasts, no screens, and above all: no talking. We walk at an easy pace through the Kennemerduinen, focusing entirely on your breathing, your surroundings, and the peace around you. With thoughtful prompts along the way, give your mind space to reflect. Discover what silence in nature can do for you!
